osmijeh asked: I am 34, married and I have all posible happines in the world! He is 35. We love each other, respect each other, pay attention to every single need the partner has, spend great time together, no metter if it’s in restauran, in theater, on hkey-game, in front of TV, playing billiards, singing, dancing…every single moment I feel his love. That/s something I never thought it could be! And it last for a years and I’m now sure that will last forever. But, he doesn’t want a childe. Neither I am so,so for that, but, sometimes I think I would like to have some kid. We spoke a lot about that and he is so against that cause he doesn’t want to share love with someone else, he is afraid that child will bring changes which will chage our atitude to each other too, and he just doesn’t want to risk! I know that he would agree and do it for me, if I’d insist, cause he really loves me. But is it worth?! What if I really lose him in sense that he can’t be the same cause of this childe.
Thank you very much, all of you! But there is one important thing: he is afraid that he will not be the same after we get a kid. And what to do now?! Ok, we have kid, but I don’t have my loving husband anymore. That one who I loved for he was. I am sure he’ll take care about me and kid, but what if he lose those sparkle in his eyes, if this new, “seriuos” life with kid just takes away all thos things what I liked on him! Spontainesly! Without his willing to be different! What if he is not happy as much as he was before, and he’ll hide it, of corse, but I’d feel it! Is it worth to lose MY husband – that one who I have now!

Homes asked: 2) Have you ever gone cow-tipping? If so, was it fun?
3) What non-athletic sport do you think in most popular amongst hockey fans…billiards, poker, or something else?
4) When you get bubble wrap in a package do you: Sit down with a sheet and pop one bubble at a time? Grab and twist (you’re a busy person, and you take your fun on the run)? …Or do you just throw them away (popping bubble wrap just doesn’t do it for you)
5) Some girl asked a question the other day about if there were hockey pads to protect her knockers. I was thinking that is a good invention. About a year ago, I was thinking that somebody should make a puck that is hollowed out, and the inside filled with that stuff that is in freezer packs….then the puck would stay colder….longer. Do you have any cool hockey inventions?
6) What is one question you NEVER ask on a first date?
7) If you miss watching or going to an important hockey game, do you just read an article about it later, read the scoresheet, ask a frined, or all of the above?
Have you ever had to wear a cast? What did you break?
9) I once was given a pair of signed drumsticks by the drummer of Def Leppard, when I attended a drum expo as a little kid. When I got bit older, I used those drumsticks, after I had broken my last pair. Have or would you ever use hockey memorabilia for a game of shinny?
10) If you were invisible for one day, what would be the first thing you do?
11) Do you think during a game the coach, players, goaltender, or fans look at the time clock the most during the game?
Have a great Tuesday!
Kevin

Jacques Habra asked: When choosing a billiards lamp you have to consider several factors, including:
1. What is the type of look and/or feel you are trying to convey in the room?
2. What area of the room do you plan to light?
3. How many lamps do you have and where will they be place?
4. What is the limit on your budget?
It is important to determine whether the room is going be elegant and classy or fun and exciting! You do not want to end up with a fun game room with an elegant-style billiard’s lamp. With modern day designers, there is enough variety to suit just about style of décor you choose.
It is very important to remember the color scheme throughout the process of choosing a billiard’s lamp. You could mix and match the shades to give color uniformity to the room or just go with one color. You could try looking for a brand new style or something that looks a little more retro, such as a wrought iron billiard’s lamp. This is a great way to add sophistication to a game or recreation room area, which in most homes, it not the epitome of style and class. A wrought iron billiard’s lamp can give that aura without taking away from the overall fun vibe of the room.
You should also take the time to look around the room to determine where you are going to place the lamp as well as the billiard’s table it will be hanging over. You also have to decide whether there will be one large lamp or several smaller billiards lamps. If using more than one lamp, try to coordinate lamps so that although they are different, they have a cohesiveness that makes them appear to be the same style. You might also try to find a large lamp that has a complimentary smaller lamp available.
Now that you have chosen the lamp you want, it is VERY important that you measure out the size of the lamp in conjunction with the space it will be hung in, to ensure that it will fit where you have envisioned it. Check the specifications carefully, make sure that you have measured everything correctly before you try to hang your lamp! You also have to be realistic about where you place your lamp to ensure that it is not in the way or obscuring an entrance, aisle or any other commonly used areas in the room. Moreover, when you are in the process of hanging, be sure that the lamp is not too close or too far from the table.
If you have a budget, keep in mind these lamps can be quite expensive. However, you pay for quality, so keep that in mind before you make the determination to bargain shop. If you do not plan to do it yourself, you should also plan for the expense of having a professional install the lamp.

Stuart F asked: I have been watching repeats of the world pool masters 9 ball from earlier in the year and noticed that the soft cut break (which I don’t like) wasn’t being used as much, and players seemed to be breaking more towards the centre of the table than the edge.
I think it may have been down to the rack being a little higher up the table.
Was this the case and is this the way to go for the game of 9 ball rather than using the break box.
also wanted to note that the suggested category for this and a previous question was sports>billiards, could Y!A be trying this out to see if we get rid of the stupid swimming questions.

Isabella asked: Hey, is there anyone out there who remembers the movie Alfie with Jude Law? I need someone to please tell me the name of the song in the scene where he’s playing billiards with his friend’s ex-girlfriend. She’s the **** black girl and she’s seductively singing the song while they playing the game. It’s a **** soul number which I think Whitney Houston once covered. I was mortified to discover it’s NOT on the Alfie soundtrack. Thanks.
